    Targets: SDG 5: Gender Equality Target 5.5: Ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making. Our session aims to empower women by highlighting their contributions in digital technology and policy, promoting equal representation in decision-making processes within the tech sector. SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities Target 10.2: Empower and promote the social, economic, and political inclusion of all, irrespective of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion, or economic or other status." By focusing on the challenges women face in the digital space and advocating for inclusive policies, our session aims to reduce inequalities and ensure that women’s voices are integral to discussions and decisions surrounding digital trust and resilience. SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions Target 16.7: "Ensure responsive, inclusive, participatory, and representative decision-making at all levels." Our discussion will emphasize the necessity of inclusivity in creating resilient digital infrastructures, encouraging diverse perspectives to shape policies that ensure online safety and equitable access to technology. SDG 4: Quality Education Target 4.4: Increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs, and entrepreneurship. By promoting initiatives that empower women through education and skills development in the technology sector, our session supports the development of a workforce that is equipped to navigate and innovate within the digital landscape. SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure Target 9.5: Enhance scientific research, upgrade the technological capabilities of industrial sectors in all countries, in particular developing countries. Highlighting women's contributions to innovation and technology, our session advocates for their role in shaping resilient digital infrastructures that support sustainable industry practical SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth Target 8.5: Achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men. Our session focuses on empowering women in the digital space, which is crucial for increasing their participation in the workforce and ensuring that they have access to decent jobs in the tech industry. By highlighting success stories and pathways to careers in technology, we aim to inspire and motivate women to pursue opportunities that contribute to economic growth. Target 8.6: Substantially reduce the proportion of youth not in employment, education, or training. By fostering women's access to education and training in technology and digital skills, we can help lower youth unemployment rates, particularly among young women. Our discussion will address the importance of developing skills essential for future job markets, thereby improving economic prospects for women and contributing to sustainable economic growth. SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals Target 17.16: Enhance the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development, complemented by multi-stakeholder partnerships. Our session will bring together diverse stakeholders, including leaders from the tech industry, policymakers, and advocates for women's rights, to encourage collaborative efforts in addressing the challenges faced by women in the digital landscape. By fostering partnerships, we can leverage resources, share best practices, and create synergies that amplify our collective impact toward achieving gender equality and promoting digital inclusion. Target 17.18: By 2020, enhance capacity-building support to developing countries to ensure that all countries have national statistics that compliment the SDGs. Our session aims to raise awareness about the need for data disaggregation by gender to inform policymaking and initiatives around women in technology. Strengthening statistical capacities can help track progress and formulate effective strategies for supporting women in the digital age, thus aligning with efforts to achieve the SDGs.
