    Description
By utilizing Geographic TLDs (GeoTLDs), we can promote access, skill development, security education, as well as empowerment of the local community. And GeoTLDs eventually promote understanding of importance of internet governance, which should be a big issue globally. Firstly learn many interesting initiatives of current GeoTLDs of Dot Asia and Dot Kyoto. Then discuss effects and significance of those initiatives. Finally we will exchange opinions whether these initiatives can be used as steps to deepen understanding of importance of internet governance.
